Positive: What an incredible experience – such a treat for us. The pool was amazing and the staff were completely on it. The food was the best meal I’ve had, hands down. Music during dinner and a fire in the evening really added to the atmosphere and made it a brilliant all-round experience. We also took a canal ride from there; the animals were clearly well cared for and beautifully looked after. A stunning setting with absolutely gorgeous rooms. Highly recommend.

Positive: Quiet luxurious oasis with views of mountains. Attentive staff and a nice atmosphere. Staff were particularly helpful when my friend was poorly. We liked the fireplace, bath robes, coffee maker and nice toiletries. Massage was excellent. We didn’t do any other activities but these seemed well organised. Musicians added traditional atmosphere to dinner

Negative: It was very windy when we arrived / not hotels fault but weather cleared so we could see the night sky. Taxi arrived three hours early - and although we weren’t pressurised into leaving early, we felt guilty at keeping him waiting

Positive: We loved our stay at Oxygen Lodge Agafay, the staff led by Jamal were incredibly professional and attentive, the tents were very clean and comfortable. We had hot water and the rooms were warm throughout the night, the pool was lovely and we enjoyed delicious food! Quad bikes were a highlight for us, we really liked our guide Mohammed and enjoyed a beautiful sunset.
